井冈羟胺A修饰的大孔交联树脂的合成及其对水杨酸的吸附性能研究

摘    要:将大孔交联氯甲基聚苯乙烯(CMPS)与井冈羟胺A发生胺化反应,合成了井冈羟胺A修饰的大孔交联树脂(VACMPS);通过对树脂残余氯含量,BET比表面积及红外光谱的测定,对获得的树脂进行了结构分析,并研究了该树脂在不同温度下对水杨酸的吸附等温线,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵.动态吸附与脱附实验表明湿态VACMPS树脂对水杨酸的饱和吸附容量达73.59 g.L-1,树脂可以通过4%NaOH溶液重生.推测井冈羟胺A修饰的大孔交联树脂(VACMPS)对水中水杨酸的吸附作用是氢键作用,π-π共轭,静电作用及疏水作用共同参与的吸附过程.

Abstract:Validoxylamine A modified amphiphilic polymer networks(VACMPS) were prepared from the amination reaction of macroporous crosslinked chloromethyl polystyrene(CMPS) with validoxylamine A.The structure of the new adsorbent was evaluated through analysis of the residual chlorine content,BET specific surface area,and FT-IR spectrum.The adsorption isotherms of salicylic acid at different temperature were studied.Isothermal adsorption enthalpy,Gibbs free energy and entropy were calculated according to thermodynamic equations.The saturated adsorption capacity for salicylic acid was up to 73.59 g·L-1(wet resin) according to the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments.The chelating resin could be regenerated by 4% NaOH solution.Further investigation on the adsorption mechanism suggested that hydrogen bonding,π-π staking,electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic interaction were the main driving forces for the adsorption process of salicylic acid onto VACMPS in aqueous solution.
