摘    要:为了提高国有企业的竞争力,实现人力资源的最优化,国有企业应更新观念,引进灵活的用人机制,制定和推进员工发展计划,建立必要的奖励措施和沟通与反馈机制,以此最大限度地发挥员工的才能和创造力,保证较高的工作绩效。

Abstract:In order to increase the competitive power of state-owned enterprises and realize the optimization of human resources, state-owned enterprises should renew conception, introduce flexible employing mechanism, work out and promote personnel development plan and establish necessary measures of reward and mechanism of linkage and feedback for the purpose of bringing into full play the ability and creative power of the personnel and guaranteeing higher working achievements.
