| Abstract: | Local oscillator is the most important part of modern radar transmitter and receiver, which is used quite broadly in modern electric equipment. The theory and the key technology and the design process of the integrated PLL local oscillator are analyzed. Using the LSI integrated MOTOROLA IC and the technology of pulse swallow, the L band PLL local oscillator is designed, which has good resulst. |
