摘    要:通过对脱硫石膏进行热重分析,分析脱硫石膏的相变温度范围,选定不同的煅烧温度对脱硫石膏进行热处理;比较不同煅烧制度处理后脱硫石膏制品的物理性能等,并通过XRD/SEM等微观分析手段对水化产物进行分析,最终得出脱硫石膏在煅烧时间为1.5 h,煅烧温度设定在180℃时,其水化产物表现出最佳的物理性能。

Abstract:Phase transition temperature range was analyzed by means of thermogravimetric analysis for desulphurization gypsums. These desulphurization gypsums had been prepared by heat-treatment processes under different calcination temperatures. For products made of desulphurization gypsum prepared by different calcined systems, physical performances were studied and compared through micro-analysis methods (XRD, SEM etc.). After thorough study and comprehensive analysis, the best calcined system for desulphurization gypsum was given out.
