摘    要:研究了微波水热法合成的Y/SBA—15复合分子筛与普通机械方法将Y和SBA—15混合制备的混合分子筛。采用XRD、IR、氮气吸附脱附和TEM等方法对两种分子筛进行结构表征,结果表明:红外具有565、693、958 cm-1等微孔、介孔特征峰且有偏移,孔径为1.8、6.1 nm,微波水热法合成的分子筛是同时具备微孔和介孔特征的复合分子筛,而不是简单的机械混合分子筛。

Abstract:Studied Y/SBA-15 composite zeolite microwave hydrothermal synthesis method with ordinary mechanical mixing zeolite Y and SBA-15 prepared by mixing. Using XRD, IR, nitrogen adsorption and desorption, and TEM methods for structural characterization of the two zeolites, results showed: IR 565,693,958 cm-1, etc. with a microporous, mesoporous, and has characteristic peaks offset aperture of 1.8,6.1 nm, microwave hydrothermal synthesis of zeolites are microporous and also have the characteristics of complex mesoporous molecular sieve, that is not a simple mechanical mixing zeolite composite zeolite synthesis mechanism.
