| 摘 要： | 拒绝言语行为分直接式和间接式两种。由于直接拒绝言语行为极易伤害交际双方的感情，影响人们的交流与合作，因此在现实生活中，大多数人会选择间接拒绝言语行为。在“拒绝”策略的选择方面，无论是西方人的直率，还是东方人的迂回、含蓄，都是为了增进交际双方的理解和友谊，促进交际的顺畅进行。
