| 摘 要： | 以不同浓度(0.00、0.25、0.50、1.00和2.00mg·kg-1)的三氯杀螨醇(DCF)分别处理中华蟾蜍雌性个体,运用组织学方法研究DCF的生殖毒性.结果表明:DCF处理会导致中华蟾蜍卵巢系数增大、卵泡数量增多、卵泡发育进程紊乱和卵泡畸形.

| Abstract: | An experiment is conducted to determine the reproductive toxicity of Dicofol(DCF)on the female toads(Bufo gargarizans)by histological methods.The female toads are treated with DCF at the different concentrations of 0.00,0.25,0.50,1.00 and 2.00 mg·kg-1,respectively.The results show that DCF apparently induced the increase of ovary coefficient and the number of follicles,and disordered the progress of follicles growth as well as induce the abnormity of the follicles structure. |
