| Abstract: | Due to an intensive river network in the lower reaches of Putian Mulan River there are frequent floods on the northern and southern plains along the River. Focusing on the river's current condition, an analysis to the causes of floods is given, and summarized the existing problems and provided solutions for putting the floods under control. |
