| Abstract: | The newly released Civil Servants Act not only inherits the basic content of the Interim Regulation on National Public Servants about the building of an incorruptible government, but also makes more strict and profound redesigning of the system. As a result, requirement of being honest and incorrupt has been entrenched in the management of civil servants and a more scientific and complete anti-corruption mechanism has been set up. |
