摘    要:介绍了自行研制的用于材料拉压加载试验实时同步辐射CT分析系统的一体化拉压加载和转动装置.该装置通过上下夹头的同步转动实现了试件相对于机架的刚性转动,通过上夹头相对机架的轴向运动实现了对试件的拉压加载.装置采用五隔板四柱式刚性机架,且五隔板的中心通孔形成了机架的中心基准;装置还采用了过定位设计、直线滚动轴承、高精度滚珠丝杠副、高定心夹头以及高精度同步闭环控制等技术,实现了试件高精度的几何运动和定位.对装置的精度检测表明,其实际精度优于设计指标.用以该装置为核心设备所组建的材料拉压加载试验实时同步辐射CT分析系统对泡沫铝进行的压缩和CT实时分析试验初步表明,该装置是可靠的.

Abstract:An integral loading/rotating device for real-time synchrotron radiation CT system for materials analysis is introduced.With this device,rigid rotation of the specimen was realized by synchronous rotation of the upper and low grips,and the specimen was loaded(tension/compression) by the axial movement of the upper grip.The device adopted a five-dummy-plate four-post framework and the five dummy plates' center through holes formed the center datum of the framework;moreover,the device adopted many other techniques,such as excessive position fix,straight-line rolling bearing,high delicate ball screw,high centring grip holder and high-precision synchronously closed-loop control and so on.All the techniques mentioned above assured the high accuracy in geometry motion and positioning of the device.Measurement of the device indicates that the actual accuracy is better than that of the original design.The compression test and real-time CT analysis on the foam aluminium with the real-time synchrotron radiation CT system for material analysis constructed based on this device was conducted,which proved the reliability of the device.
