| Abstract: | With the deeping reform of social economical system and higher education in china. the problem of needy college students has become more serious.This article ananlyses social reasons why the phenomenon of the needy college students exists in colleges and universities and also the different types of the needy college students .The author emphatically holds that the society ,institutions of higher learning and individuals should make joint efforts to perfect the grant system of institutions of higher learning and help the needy college students complete their studies. |
