新型往复运动机构的锁闭装置

摘    要:锁闭装置的设计是整个往复运动机构设计的一个难点.它作为机构的重要组成部分,直接关系到整个机构的可靠性、实用性和安全性.为了更好地确保机构的这些性能,以圆弧面凸轮式自锁装置的自锁原理为基础设计出了一种结构简洁、零件数量少,直接与电机和旋转轴相连且通过自身结构实现机构的锁闭而无须任何附加的动力源和控制装置的新型往复运动机构的锁闭装置.

Abstract:The design of locking device is one of the difficult points in the whole design of mechanism with alternating motion. As an important composition of mechanism, locking device has a direct impact on the reliability, availability and safety of the whole mechanism. In order to secure these functions of a mechanism, a new type of locking device of mechanism with alternating motion with compact structure and less components, which is connected to motor and rotating axle directly and can achieve the locking of mechanism by its own structure without any additional power source and control device is designed based on the self-locking concept of hollows cam self-locking device.
