| 摘 要： | 茶产业是茶文化的载体,茶文化是茶产业的灵魂,它们使我国古代农业结构有了新内容,丰富了手工业,催生了新产业,促使封建经济体制内市场经济的发展。这一过程,唐代开始显现,北宋有所发展。皖西（淮南）茶产业有其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | That the tea industry is the vehicle of tea culture and the tea culture is the soul of tea industry makes the agricultural structure in ancient China possess the new contents,enriches handicraft,induces new industries and spurs the development of market economy in feudal economic system.This course appeared from the Tang Dynasty and the tea industry in West Anhui（Huainan） played the important role. |
