| 摘 要： | 介绍了稀土灰铸铁在钢锭模生产中的应用。用稀土灰铸铁代替普通灰铸铁后，经湘潭钢铁公司对比使用表明：钢锭模使用寿命提高４３％，模耗降低４．３５ｋｇ／ｔ钢。经济效益明显。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of rare earth cast iron to the manufacture of ingot moulds.After replacing the gray cast iron by rare earth cast iron,the comparative test carried out at Xiangtan Iron and Steel Complex shows that the service life of ingot moulds increases by 43%,the consumption of ingot moulds decreases to 4.36 kg per ton of steel,thus resulting in considerable economic benefit. |
