摘    要:分析和研究了地表-地下水资源系统多目标管理问题和有限方案多目标决策问题。首先建立起系统的多目标管理模型,提出一种规范加权目标协调法;然后得到求解有限方案多目标决策问题的模糊优选决策模型;最后结合实例进行分析、计算,计算结果表明,所建立的模型和提出的方法是合理的和有效的.

Abstract:Multiobjective management and multi-attribute decision-making problems for surface-ground water resources system are analyzed and studied.The multiobjective management medel and the fuzzy optimlzation decision-making model to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem are developed. The standard-weight interaction balance method is proposed.The theoretical analyses and practical application show that the modeis and the method are very rational and effective.
