| 摘 要： | 老子的哲学思想成就,特别是对于管理国家和处理人际关系的许多主张在中国历史上都有巨大的影响。本文围绕老子的＂无为＂、＂德治＂、＂人本＂思想等几个方面,对老子管理哲学对于市场经济管理的价值进行了分析和论述,同时也指出了老子管理思想的局限性。

| Abstract: | The ideological achievement of Laozi's philosophy,especially,his many ideas on managing nation and dealing with interpersonal relationship have great influences in Chinese history.The article,centering on Laozi's thoughts of inaction,virtue rule and human orientation,analyzes and discusses the practical significance of Laozi's philosophy of management in managing market economy,and at the same time,it points out the limitation. |
