低温恒温箱测控系统的接口设计与PID调节

摘    要:介绍了低温恒温箱测控系统的硬、软件设计方法,通过单片机接口电路的合理扩展.使整个硬件系统更简单、可靠,通过X25045芯片的使用,使系统实现了自动化标定与校准;该设备中的空气压缩机采用调频技术,从而实现了制冷量的PID调节。

Abstract:This paper introduced the design method of hardware and software of the low temperature and constant temperature box's test and control system.It made the whole hardware system more simple and more reliable by SCM interface circuit's rational extension.By using X25045 CMOS chip,this system had the function of automatic orientation and calibration.The air compressor of the equipment adopted frequency modulation technique,so that the PID adjustment of refrigeration was achieved.
