基于工程测试的托圈扭力杆装置有限元应力分析

摘    要:扭力杆装置作为转炉倾动机构的重要组成部分,承载着负载的动静载荷,容易出现结构应力变形损坏.采用工程测试的方法对倾动机构进行倾动力矩的测量,转化为扭力杆装置的作用力作为边界条件,通过有限元分析的方法计算了扭力杆装置的应力,结果表明,扭力杆装置最大应力为389.623 MPa,小于材料许用引力,满足使用要求.

Finite Element Stress Analysis of the Torsion Bar Device on the Basis of Engineering Test

Abstract:Torsion bar device,as an important component of the converter tilting mechanism,bears the load of the static and dynamic load,prone to structural stress and deformation damage. In this paper,the method of engineering test is used to measure the tilting moment of the tilting mechanism,which is transformed into the force of the torsion bar device as the boundary condition. The stress of the torsion bar device is calculated by finite element analysis. The results show that the maximum stress is 389. 623 MPa,less than the allowable material gravitation,to meet the requirements.
