跨文化交际行为举止认知

得体的行为举止是跨文化交际成功的重要因素。行为举止是特定群体、地域、民族、文化、政治宗教信仰、价值观念的产物，从这一点讲它有共性。但并非在同一环境中成长的所有人的行为举止都一样，所以它又有其个性。这种个性与一个人的小环境（父母、兄弟姐妹、亲戚朋友）有关。既然行为举止不是先天的，是受环境影响的，那么得体的行为举止是可以后天培养的。良好的教育、广阔的阅历和见识、宽容豁达的内心修养、正确的社会价值、审美观念都是培养得体的行为举止的养料。一个成功的跨文化交际者，要用积极的态度去认知、适应和接受异域的文化、言行举止，并能正确的认知、约束和戒掉自己的不良言行举止。
