| 摘 要： | 教学型高等院校以教学为主，但科研工作也不容忽视。教学与科研相互促进、互动发展，是提升高校教育质量、推动教育改革的重要途径。在分析当前教学型高等院校教学与科研互动存有矛盾问题的基础上，结合教师职业生涯发展诉求、素质教育时代要求、高校发展定位选择、岗位聘任制普遍推行、职称评审和人事制度改革等复杂动力因素问题，探索提出教学与科研互动的各种实践发展模式，为提高教学质量、培养创新型人才的教学改革提供新思路。

| Abstract: | The research work can not be ignored in teaching -oriented universities .Interaction and interactive development between teaching and research , is an important way to enhance the quality of higher education and to promote education reform .Based on the analysis of its contradictory problems , this paper explores the practice development modes of the interaction of teaching and research , to provide a new idea for teaching reform of improve teaching quality and cultivate innovative talents , combined with the teacher occupation career development , quality education requirements , development positioning selection of university , post appointment system , job evaluation and personnel system reform , etc. |
