新时期中国第三部门组织完善与发展趋势问题研究

本文通过运用公民社会及社会资本等理论对我国第三部门的发展动力机制进行分析,指出目前在政府、市场与社会三者间动态平衡关系形成的过程之中,中国第三部门的发展还存在着诸多问题和阻力。在充分认识和分析这些问题的基础上,笔者提出了完善现有机制的具体措施,并展望了中国第三部门未来发展的趋势。

Issue research of organization consummation and development tendency of Chinese teriary sector in the new period

Using theories such as citizen society and social capital,the article makes and analysis of development power mechanism of the teriary sector in our country,points out the development of Chinese teriary sector also has many problems and the resistance at present in the process of which dynamical equilibrium relations of the government,the market and the social form.In fully understanding and analyzing these issues,the author proposes the concrete measure of consummating the existing mechanism,and forecasts the future development tendency of the Chinese teriary sector.
