摘    要:本文认为高等教育的最终目标是人的个性的自由发展,这是马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论的内在意蕴,而且是事情本来的客观法则。但自由是具体的相对的,为此,应该通过分析具体的教育过程,考察各种约束学生自由的因素,谋求一定范围内的学生个性发展的最大自由。达到教育过程的自由和结果自由的和谐统一。

Abstract:This article believes that the final aim of higher education is the free development of human individuality. This is the inherent implication of Marxism about human full- scale development. Furthemore, it is the original objective rule of at air . However,the freedom is concrete and relative . So we should inspect all kinds of elements that control the students' freedom, through analyzing the process of concrete education. We should seek the largest freedom of students' individual development. To reach the harmornious and unity of process and result freedom in education.
