| 摘 要： | 从新疆大无核白葡萄基叶愈伤组织游离的原生质体,用改良MS培养基培养,得到了再生细胞的高频率分裂。经比较试验发现,先用液体浅层培养后转入琼脂糖珠包埋培养最适于新疆大无核白葡萄愈伤组织原生质体培养。

| Abstract: | The callus protoplast were isolated from organzation of stem and leaf of the Large Thompsons Seedless of Xinjiang and cultured in modified MS medium. The high frequency division of the regenerated cells was observed. It was indicated that the agarose embedding culture after thin liquid culture is most suitable for the Large Thompsons Seedless protoplast culture of Xinjiang when compared with other method. |
