| 摘 要： | 本应用P-N结电压电流特性，较精确测量了玻尔兹曼常数．应用计算机进行了实验数据分析处理。实验中采用弱电流测量的方法，在其它有关弱电流测量的实验中可以借鉴。

| Abstract: | The article which makes use of electric current and electric voltage characteristic of P-N knot prectsely measures Boltzmann constant,and applies computer to analyse and dispose experiment's data.This experiment uses the method of the weak electric current measure,which will be used for reference in the experiment about weak electric current measure. |
