反胶束模板制备聚苯胺/Ce(OH)3-Pr2O3/蒙脱土纳米复合材料及其表征

摘    要:利用表面活性剂乳液自组装产生模板,以磺基水杨酸为掺杂剂,苯胺(ANI)为油相,稀土(Ce-Pr)离子水溶液为水相,形成反胶束微乳液,使稀土粒子均匀分散于油相中,成为热力学稳定的乳液体系,将该乳液插层于有机蒙脱土(MMT)的片层间,加入引发剂单体直接进行原位聚合,即制得目标产物.通过红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和差热-热重(TG-DTA)对该复合材料进行了表征和分析.结果表明,反胶束法制备出热稳定性良好的新型PANI/Ce(OH)3-Pr2O3/MMT纳米复合材料,该法可以用于三相纳米复合材料的制备.

Abstract:The polyaniline/Ce(OH)_3-Pr_2O_3/montmorillonite nanocomposite is prepared by polymerization of aniline monomer through reverse micelle template,in which the surfactant emulsion self-assembly is used as the template,sulfosalicylic acid is used as dopant,aniline is used as oil phase and the solution comprising trivalence Ce and Pr cation which is thermodynamic steady is used as water phase.They are mixed to form the micelle solution which is inserted into the lays of the MMT by adding the inducer monomer.The morphology of nanocomposites is observed by scanning electron microscope methods.The structures are determined by IR spectra,X-ray diffraction analysis and TG-DTA.These results show that new type of PANI/Ce(OH)_3-Pr_2O_3/MMT nanocomposite with well thermodynamic stability is prepared,and the method of reverse micelle template can be used to prepare three phase nanocomposite.
