燕雀和大山雀血细胞的比较研究

摘    要:应用Wright染色法,显微观察燕雀(Fringilla montifringilla)和大山雀(Parus major)的血细胞的组成及形态学特征.结果表明,红细胞、血栓细胞及各类白细胞均能较好地被分辨.对其形态特征的测量发现,燕雀和大山雀的血细胞形态存在一定的差别,但区别不明显.这可能是与两种鸟类的体型类似、分类地位密切有关.

Abstract:The compositions and morphological feature of blood cells of Fringilla montifringiUa and Parus major were observed after Wright staining method. The results showed that erythrocytes, thrombocytes and various kinds of leukocytes were better distinguished. Some differences existed between Fringilla montifringilla and Parus major, but not obviously, which might be closely related to their similar somatotype and taxonomic status in some degrees.
