| Abstract: | In the light of some shortages currently existing in hydropower unit maintenance, this paper makes a systematical study on the application of modem project management technology and method in hydropower unit maintenance, the current shortages in the hydroelectric generating unit project management aiming to improve the management level of maintenance project and creating more benefits for hydropower plants. |
