分立元器件的模型建立

摘    要:当电阻、电容、电感、二极管和三极管等元器件在高频应用时,并不表现为一般的理想特性,也通常会因为它们的这种高频特性而影响实验的预期结果.为了进一步分析实验中具体电路的实际情况,首先要建立分立元器件的高频等效模型.本文选用了现在工程上公认的优秀软件Matlab来辅助分析.

Abstract:When the components,such as resistor,capacitor,inductor,diode and transistor are used in the high-frequency circuits,they have their own high-frequency equivalent models.In order to analyse the high-frequency circuits,we must set up the models of single components first.We took an accurate example for each component to illustrate the model.And we chose the Matlab as our tool.
