| 摘 要： | 根据厌氧菌在培养基中产生的葡萄糖发酵产物中最具特征性的短链脂肪酸能在色谱中被分离并逐一查到这一实验基础,利用VPI手册数据,研制了用于检验临床标本中厌氧菌的自动色谱临床检验系统.文中阐述了该系统的数据库、模式识别方法及完成自动识别所需的硬件支持系统及其它必要软件.

| Abstract: | An automatic gas chromatographic clinical anaerobe examination system has been developed based on computer-aided recognition gas chromatogra-phy, which can analyze the characteristic carbohydrate metabolin-short chain fatty acids by metabolism of anaerobe. The system consists of a Chinese character database of anaerobes based on VPI anaerobe manual (4th ed.), a software package with fuzzy classification, some necessary softwares and interface circuits. The identifying ability of the system is the same as VPI anaerobe manual. |
