摘    要:时频分析中的Heisenberg不确定原理在信号分析中具有重要作用和地位,它表明了在时频分析中时间与频率之间密不可分的关系.但Heisenberg不确定原理在对离散信号分析时受到许多约束,从而会使分析产生失真.本推导出一个新的测度,经过分析认为这个测度在对有限紧支离散信号的分析中表现出优于Heisenberg不确定原理的特性,并在时频平面上有较少的约束.

Abstract:Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle in time frequency analysis plays a very important role in signal analysis, which shows the close relationship between time and frequency in Time frequency analysis . But as we know Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle has many restriction when dealing with distretized signal, and the analytic result may be distorted. In this paper a new measureis deduced, which shows better character than Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle in limited compact distretized signal analysis and less restriction in Time frequency plane.
