高初速榴弹发射器动力学特性仿真研究

摘    要:通过高初速榴弹发射器系统动力学特性的仿真分析,研究轻武器以低系统质量发射大威力弹药的技术问题。采用凯恩方法建立了系统动力学分析模型,针对多种设计方案进行了数值仿真,分析了主要运动件质量及复进簧刚度等有关设计参数对自动机运动特性的影响关系。给出了动力学综合特性匹配的结构方案,为该类武器的开发提供了理论依据。样机射击试验表明理论分析结果与实际有良好的吻合性。

Abstract:Through the emulation analysis of dynamics characteristics for high initial velocity grenade launcher, the problems are researched in allusion to the high-firing power and low system weight . Based on the theory of Kane, the dynamics model is established. The numerical calculation is made for multifarious design plans. The moving characteristics of automatic mechanism are analyzed when main moving part weight and return spring stiffness are changed. The structure design plan of excellent dynamics characteristics is gained , which provides theoretical foundation for the weapon system development. The prototype test result is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
