| 摘 要： | 数字作品以往的版权保护方法是加密和数字签名,然而这并不能完全解决数字作品的版权问题,因为数字作品加密后不能有效地利用其易于传播和使用的特点;至于数字签名,它只是验证当事身份的一种信息,直接用于版权保护其作用不大．而新近出现的一种版权保护新技术——数字水印,让人们看到了数字作品版权保护的新方向．

| Abstract: | The ways of copyright protection for digital works to be refining and digital signature. However, this is far from enough to solve the problem of copyright protection for digital works since the refined messages are not as easily to be spread and utilized. As for digital signature, it is no more than a mere identification for the persons concerned and it does not serve the purpose of copyright protection directly. The digital watermark--a newly developed technology for copyright protection--sets a new trend of copyright protection for digital works. |
