摘    要:制冷系统是多变量耦合的复杂系统,动态过程中具有时变性、非线性、随机性以及大滞后性,精确建立整个系统的动态模型相当困难,这给压缩机性能测试中系统快速有效地自动达到稳定工况的控制带来了问题.为此作者提出了具有预测补偿机制的智能PID控制新算法,该算法的特点为:直接从控制过程的动态特征出发进行智能推理和控制决策,避免建立精确数学模型的难度,并针对制冷系统的大惯性和纯滞后的特性加入纯滞后补偿机制.该方法在实现压缩机性能全自动测试的实际应用中取得理想的效果.

Abstract:The refrigeration system is a complex system with multi-variable coupling. Its dynamic process has properties of time-varying, non-linearity, random and large delay. It is very difficult to build the dynamic model of the whole system accurately. This study introduces a new algorithm of intelligent PID control with forecast and compensation. The algorithm's intelligent inference and control decision are based directly upon dynamic characteristics of the control process. Aiming at the large inertia and delay characteristics of the refrigeration system, the algorithm provides the forecast and compensation method. It is an ideal control method in the compressor's performance test practice.
