摘    要:提出反向仿真的思想,解决准时制(JIT)生产企业的生产调度问题.反向仿真将优化算法和仿真验证融合在一起,能够较好地克服反向调度和前向仿真的缺点,直接获得较好的调度计划.最后以炼钢连铸生产调度为例,介绍反向仿真的实现方法.结果表明,该方法是一种解决JIT生产调度的新思路.

Abstract:In this paper, a new approach based backward simulation to solve the scheduling of JIT process, which combines backward scheduling with forward simulation and get a better schedule in a reasonable time. The way of realizing the backward simulation is introduced for the scheduling steel-making and continuous-casting systems. The result shows the proposed method is a promising way to solve the scheduling of JIT process.
