多相复合陶瓷的直接凝固注模成型

摘    要:低成本、高可靠性成型工艺是多相复合陶瓷产业化的关键。直接凝固注模成型(DCC)是一种全新概念的净尺寸陶瓷成型技术。该文报道了DCC成型的基本原理和工艺,讨论了将DCC成型工艺应用于多相复合陶瓷必须解决的关键问题。提出了多相复合陶瓷胶态注模原位凝固成型新工艺。

Abstract:The forming process of low cost and reliability is the key to make the multiphase composite ceramics industrialized. Direct coagulation casting (DCC) is a novel ceramic net shape forming process for ceramic green bodies. The basic principles and processing of DCC are reported in this paper. The key techniques to apply the DCC forming to the multiphase composite ceramics are discussed. A new forming technology on the colloidal casting and in situ coagulation of the multiphase composite ceramics is presented.
