有氧运动对大鼠血清瘦素的时相性影响及与脂蛋白代谢的关系

摘    要:探讨了有氧运动对大鼠血清瘦素(1eptin)的时相性影响及与脂蛋白代谢的关系.将SD大鼠分为安静对照组(C)和有氧运动后即刻组(T0)2、4h组(T1)、48h组(T2)、72h组(T3)进行比较.与C组相比,有氧运动后,血清瘦素含量在T1、T2、T3组显著下降,血清HDL-C均显著升高,血清LDL-C均显著下降;通过对各组中的Leptin与HDL-C、LDL-C进行偏相关分析发现,C、T0、T1和T3无显著相关性,而T2组Leptin与HDL-C呈显著负相关,与LDL-C呈显著正相关.结果表明,有氧运动可引起大鼠血清瘦素发生时相性下降,同时使脂蛋白代谢向有益方向改变,且可持续数天,是预防代谢综合症的较佳方案;血清瘦素与血清脂蛋白代谢密切相关.

Abstract:To explore the phase effects of aerobic exercise on serum leptin in rats and its relationship with the change of lipoproteins metabolism.the author makes the comparative analysis of sedentary control group(C) and after they has performed exercise training program immediately(T0),and in 24(T1),48(T2),72 hours(T3) respectively.the serum leptin of T1,T2,T3 is significantly lower than sedentary control group after aerobic exercise;the serum HDL-C is obviously increased;the serum LDL-C is significantly lower.the serum leptin of C,T0,T1 and T3was not related to HDL-C and LDL-C,the serum leptin of T2was positively related to LDL-C whereas negatively associated with serum HDLC.aerobic exercise can cause reduction of serum leptin and a series of beneficial biochemical changes on the metabolism of lipoproteins and maintain many days,which is a better way for preventing Metabolic Syndroms.Serum leptin is closely associated with the metabolism of lipoproteins.
