| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了1990年全国(除台湾省外)科技论文的分析结果:海南处于末位;分析了海南科技落后的原因;指出了海南建省以来,利用中央所给予的优惠政策,以超常规的方式发展经济,促进了科技事业的发展,科技成果和科技论文犹如雨后春笋般涌现。今后,只要制定与特区经济发展同步运行的有关政策并予以具体落实,海南的科技事业必将呈现光辉灿烂的前景。

| Abstract: | This article analysed the backward cause of the science and technology in Hainan. From the analysed results Hainan ranks with the last position in the name list of the scientific and technical theses of the whole nation (except Taiwan Prorince) in 1990. The paper also indicated that by using the preferential policies and by the super-convention way to develop the economy in Hainan had made great progress in science and technology since the foundation of Hainan Province. From now no, as long as the policies, which are synchronous with the devolopment of the Special Zone's economy, are formulated and implemented, the science and technology of Hainan will have a bright future. |
