Fe3Al基金属间化合物热加工工艺研究

摘    要:研究了Fe3Al基金属间化合物的热加工工艺对其微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在进行热轧工艺前采用锻和挤压的中间加工工序,厅以达到破碎铸锭中的柱状晶,细化晶粒的目的,从而改善了后续的热轧工艺加工性能,在再结晶温度以上的热轧使材料的晶粒一步细化,而在再结晶湿度以下的温轧使晶粒成为条状形貌,这一组织有得于减少氢原子的扩散通道,从而提高Fe3Al的室温塑性。

Abstract:The effect of how-working processing on the mechanical properties of Fe3Al intermetallics is investigated.The results indicate that the dendrite in Fe3Al ingots are broken and the grains are re-fined by forging and hot extrusion so that the workability of the Fe3Al is improved, The microstructurecan be further refined by hot rolling at the temperature above Tr.However,the morphology of grainsbecomes elongated after worm rolling at the temperature lower than Tr,and it is efficient to inhibit hy-drogen diffusion and improves room temperture ductility of Fe3Al significantly.
