| 摘 要： | 当今社会正处于变革时期,高校大学生在学习、生活和社会适应等方面遇到的困惑日益增多,心理冲突日益激烈,种种心理问题也频繁出现。而良好的心理素质是大学生取得成功的重要因素,更重要的是他们的健康状况如何将直接影响到我国的未来。因此,加强高校大学生的心理教育显得尤为迫切。

| Abstract: | Our society is in the transforming period,and university students meet a lot of difficulties in their study,life and social adaptation.In addition,psychological questions frequently appear.Good psychological quality is an important factor of our university students to make success and their health also influent the future of our country directly.So,the enhancement of the students' psychological education is very important. |
