摘    要:提出了微波腔体在生产线上检测应用时的一种间接耦合技术,该技术克服了微波腔在X频段工作时与同轴电缆直接耦合所带来的干扰误差,提高了测量稳定度,使调试,定标更方便。

Abstract:An indirect coupling technique in microwave cavity device which is usedas detector in production line is proposed. The technique is able to overcome the interferenterror caused by direct coupling between the microwave cavity and coaxial cable in X-frequen-cy band,and raise the measure stability,and both the debugging and fix standard are madeeasier.
