| Abstract: | An indirect coupling technique in microwave cavity device which is usedas detector in production line is proposed. The technique is able to overcome the interferenterror caused by direct coupling between the microwave cavity and coaxial cable in X-frequen-cy band,and raise the measure stability,and both the debugging and fix standard are madeeasier. |
