| 摘 要： | 半导体超晶格物理是凝聚态物理学中一个极其活跃的前沿领域之一．它的确立、研究与发展，不仅对现代电子信息科技，而且对小尺寸效应、新型材料科学和纳米技术等的发展都产生了革命性的影响．对半导体超晶格物理的历史、现状以及未来走向做一简单的回顾与展望，对于把握凝聚态物理，特别是半导体物理在21世纪的发展趋势具有重要意义．
