城乡数学教师在新课程标准实验过程中的适应性研究

摘    要:为了解城乡数学教师对在新课标实验过程中的适应性的情况,采用自编的五级量表问卷从教材的可教性、评价的导向性、培训的接受性、管理的信服性、对象的互动性等方面进行调查.结果891名城乡中小学数学教师对新课标在实验过程中的适应性呈现非常显著性的差异,评价的导向性、对象的互动性也分别呈现非常显著性和显著性的差异,并且891名中小学数学教师对新课标在实验阶段的适应性处于中上水平.

Abstract:This inquisition research is the circumstance of the adaptability that understands the city mathematics teachers compare with the village mathematics teachers concerning the standard of the curriculum of mathematics,concretely from five aspects,the teachable of the teaching material,the direction of the evaluation,the acceptance of the training,the credit of the management,and the interaction of the object have been investigated by using self-designed questionnaires of five-grade quantity form.The results are very different when the city teachers of mathematics compare with the village teachers of mathematics.Among 891 primary and middle schools mathematics teachers,their adaptability for curriculum during the period of experiment was different,and the differences in the direction of the evaluation and the interaction of the object are more obvious,and mathematics teachers' adaptability for the course standard is it the middle level.
