| 摘 要： | 在高技术企业创业需求的推动下，风险投资以股权形式投资于高成长性的科技型中小企业。弥补了传统投资体系的缺口，使得高科技成果转化的全过程均有资金支持；同时，从体制上影响着科技成果转化的过程，参与科技型中小企业的内部管理，完善其治理结构。健全的风险投资机制可以有效发挥风险基金与风险企业相互制衡的作用，提高风险资本的运作效率，凸显高成长性科技型企业的市场价值。

| Abstract: | Pushed by the demands of stating a high - tech enterprise, venture investment invests in high - growth scientific and technological minor enterprises in the form of share ownership.Therefore, the gap of traditional investment system has heen covered so that the whole process of the transformation of high - tech achivements can enjoy fully support of funds.Meanwhile, the investment has an impact on the process systematically, participates in the inner management of the minor enterprises and perfects their corporation governance.A sound venture investment mechanism will effectively extend the role of mutual coercion between venture investment funds and risk enterprises, promote the operational efficiency of venture capital and give conspicuity to the market - value of high - growth scientific enterprises. |
