摘    要:本文提出了一种16位微处理机(Intel8086)控制的电压型PWM逆变器。采用最优PWM开关方案——谐波消除法,借助于Newton—Raphson算法和实时查表法,可以消除逆变器输出电压中的5、7、11次有害谐波分量(M=4),从而大大改善了感应电机低速运行的性能,降低了转矩脉动,减少了电磁噪声。实验结果表明,本文提出的16位微处理机控制的电压型PWM逆变器可靠性高、动态性能好;操作简单、成本低、体积小,既适用于工业领域中、小容量交流电机的调速,又可用于一般风机、泵类负载电机的节能。

Abstract:A PWM voltage inverter corntrolled by a 16 bit microprocessor (Intel 8086) is presented in tins paper. Making use of the Optimal PWM Switching Strategy-Harmonic Elimination Method, Newton-Raphson algorithm and a realtime look-up table method, 5th, Jth and 11th (M=4) harmful harmonics can be eliminated efficiently in the output voltage of PWM inrerter, thus the performance in low-speed of induction motors can be improved, the pulsation torque can be reduced and the electromagnetic noise can be decreased greatly. The experimental results show that this kind of voltage PWM inverter has high reliability, good dynamic performance,, simple control circuits, small volume and low cost. It not only can be applied to the area of low- to medium- motors in general industry, but also can be used for saving electrical energy in the applications of industrial air-blowers and pumps efficiently.
