| Abstract: | The project cost management runs through all the process of capital construction. How project cost is managed scientfically is a question for future study in this paper. The adjustment of manterial price difference is considered as basic work of project control. At first the reason for material price difference is discussed and the methods of adjustment of material price diffrence is put forword. At last how material price difference is adjusted exactly is discussted. |
