煤岩破裂过程CT图像的分形描述

摘    要:为实时观测煤岩细观破坏过程,采用中国矿业大学(北京)国家重点实验室工业CT检测系统,对煤岩单轴压缩破坏过程进行了CT扫描试验.利用分形理论对煤岩破坏过程CT图像进行分析,得到煤岩试样CT图像裂纹损伤扩展破裂过程的分形维数,计算结果显示CT图像计盒维数随应力的变化趋势与煤岩单轴压缩试件应力-应变曲线趋势吻合.研究结果表明,用半型高斯函数能够较好地描述煤岩试样在单轴压缩荷载作用下计盒维数随荷载的变化规律.

Abstract:In order to observe meso-destruction process of coal in real-time, CT scan test on coal bearing uni-axial compression was implemented in State Key Laboratory of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). CT images were analyzed based on the fractal theory. Fractal dimension of CT images which include indications of crack expansion and rupture process of coal samples were calculated. Calculation result shows that the changing trend of CT images' fractal dimension with the stress matches the one of stress-strain curve obtained from the coal uni-axial compression test. It also indicates that the half-Gauss function could well describe the variation of fractal dimension with the change of coal loading under uni-axial compression CT test. The results of this research have important significance for providing intuitive observation data on coal meso-damage model and evaluating the performance of coal materials.
