基于LabVIEW刀具动态补偿方法

摘    要:针对刀具补偿在数控加工中的重要作用,着重阐述了常用刀具补偿,并对刀补功能及应用做了进一步论述.同时本文对动态参量的刀具补偿方法进行了研究,设计出基于LabVIEW的计算方法,使数控加工适应性得到增强,提高了机械加工精度.

Abstract:Because tool compensation plays an important role in CNC machining,some basic tool compensation methods are discussed in this paper;the tool compensation and application are discussed further.At present the tool compensation of parameters is relatively static,which dose not fit to the application of asymmetric size tolerance processing.The tool compensation of dynamic parameters is discussed and calculation method is designed based on LabVIEW.Adaptability in CNC machining is enhanced and precision machining...
