| 摘 要： | 甘薯长喙壳菌株3.2777,3.282,3.296来源不同,由于生理分化作用,致使他们在甘薯切片、PDA培养基和生长因素培养基上的培养性状不同,对甘薯优良品种徐薯18号的致病性有差异。另外,感病甘薯组织中的毒素含量也是不同的。

| Abstract: | The strains of Ceratocystis fimbriata(ELL.&Hals) 3.2777、3.282、3.296 have a different source. Owing to the differentiation of physiology, this eads to that their character cultured is different on the slice of sweet potato and the medium of PDA and growth factors, that their pathogenicity have some difference for sweet potato Xuzhou 18. On the other hand, thetoxin contents in the sweet potato tissues infected are different, too. |
