东北地区经济与科技竞争力耦合关系和提升路径研究

东北地区作为我国的老工业基地,发展问题不能照搬发达国家的振兴模式,也不能简单效仿国内其他发达地区发展道路。通过对综合实力、科技竞争力、经济竞争力等方面分析,提出制约东北地区竞争力下降存在四大主要动因,即优势产业转型发展滞后、核心技术能力不强、一流创新人才队伍缺乏、科技创新环境意识落后。因此,东北地区竞争力提升,应结合自身社会、文化、经济、科技资源和地区特色,坚持科技创新驱动发展的道路,走具有东北特色的发展道路。

Research on the Coupling Relationship between Economy and Scientific andTechnological Competitiveness of the Northeast Region and the Ascension Path

As the old industrial base of China,the Northeast Region cannot replicate the development model of the developed countries,nor can it simply follow the development path of other developed regions in China.Based on the analysis of comprehensive strength,scientific and technological competitiveness,and economic competitiveness,this paper proposes four main factors resulting in the decline of competitiveness in the Northeast Region,namely the lagging of the transformation and development of advantageous industries,the lack of core technical capabilities,the lack of first-class innovative talents,and the backwardness of the technology innovation environment awareness.Therefore,in order to improve the competitiveness of the Northeast Region,it is necessary to combine its own social,cultural,economic,scientific and technological resources and regional characteristics,adhere to the road of development driven by technological innovation,and follow the path of development with Northeast characteristics.
